The clock tower puzzle in Hollow Lantern

Hollow Lantern is fair with its puzzles, but the clock tower section stops nearly everyone for a while. I got stuck here for a good half hour myself.

The trick is that the notes scattered earlier in the game aren't flavor text. That torn page in the study is literally the sequence you need. Go back and read it if you skipped past.

Once you have the order, set the hands slowly and listen. The game gives an audio cue when a position is correct, which is easy to miss if you rush.

After the tower, the game opens up again and the ending is worth it. Don't reach for a full solution online; this one puzzle is the only real snag.
