Emberfall Saga is the kind of RPG you settle into for the long haul. You assemble a party of four, each with distinct roles, and work through a branching story about a fading kingdom. The writing is above average for mobile, with side characters who actually stick in your memory.
Combat is turn-based and leans on positioning and elemental matchups. It's forgiving early on, then demands real thought around the mid-game bosses. We appreciated that grinding is optional if you read fights carefully.
The touch UI is clean, menus don't bury important stats, and it respects your time with generous auto-save. A genuinely good pick if you want a proper RPG on your phone.
